New Jersey is expected to experience an early winter, with a cold front hitting on Thursday , November 13th.
"It’s going to get sharply colder in the Garden State later this week, and it will be hard not to take notice", journalist Stephan Stirling said.
The Climate Prediction Center put New Jersey at a 70 percent chance of experiencing below average temperatures for November 17th to November 23rd. There are slight possibilities of snow fall later on in the week once temperatures significantly start to drop.
The temperatures for the rest of the week are projected to rise to the mid 40s and the lows to about 28.
The residents of New Jersey need to be prepared for a frigid winter and be prepared to break out their winter clothes a month early this year

by ian nevin
Every year LMTI goes out into the community to raise awareness for underage drinking. This year they've taken it to the next level and focused on drunk driving.
Out of all alcohol distributed all year, 11% of it is drank by people under the age of 21. In 2010, America spent around 120 billion dollars, 13.2 billion dollars in alcohol was spent by people under the age of 21 that year.
LMTI is putting 430 pinwheels in the ground around Pennsville Memorial High School the week before homecoming to raise awareness for the 4,300 miners who die each year from drunk driving. Each pinwheel represents ten people who died.
" I think it's a good idea, it shows that drunk driving is a horrible thing to do, I think it will bring up awareness to all students and those who pass by it." -Daniel Johnson
The pinwheels will be put up the week of October 6th through October 10th.

Clown scareby sean simpkinsThe people of the town of Wasco,California are in for a big scare this Halloween. Recent police reports speak of people dressed up as clowns, who roam the streets at night looking to terrify local residents. This phenomena is believed to have been started due to an Instagram trend, where a man dressed as a clown invites people to "visit him". This terrifying trend is sure to have been somewhat influenced from the Halloween season, and we can only hope that the clowns stop after the 31st
Franco's Pizzeriaby sabrina taylorThis year, Franco's Pizzeria opened in Pennsville, NJ. In the past they owned a small pizza shop with the name held for 11 years, which has now turned into a very big restaurant. This restaurant has a wide variety of pizza, appetizers, dinners, and many others.
When I went to Franco's, I ordered a slice of buffalo chicken pizza, French fries and a Pepsi. They seated me right after I ordered, and they delivered the food to my table, in what felt like a minute. I rate this restaurant 5 out of 5 eagles. I would also diffidently suggest for everyone to go there. journalism classby katerina connellyYou may not know this, but Pennsville Memorial Highschool has a chess club.
